Q: I have changed my phone number, but the computer keeps asking for my password.
A: Whoops! We forgot to add to the e-mail that went out to all of our customer that you need to add something to your username. When you go to connect make sure you add "@aics.net", "@bicnet.net", or "@rclink.net" to your username. This will make your username look like an e-mail address. Such as username@aics.net. Sorry :-]
Q: How will the merger affect my e-mail address ?
A: There will not be a change in your e-mail address. We have tried to make as few changes as possible to make this easier on our customers and ourselves.
Q: When will the old numbers stop working?
A: The old numbers will stop working some time next week. Please help us out by not switching back and forth. Once you change to the new numbers please stick with them. We are trying to call all of the customers that have not switched over and if you are on that list it will make it difficult to contact everyone.
