Well the mail server has been having some problems lately. We are working with NetWay to move the mail server on Wednesday morning around AM. The problems have not had anything to do with NetWay, but have been software related problems at BICnet. Hopefully we have the problems rectified until we move all of the accounts to NetWay's mail server on Wednesday.
Monday 5:15 PM
I would like to thank all of our customers for their kind words and support over the last 5+ years. As of right now our phone are going to NetWay. Feel free to contact them at 1-888-592-6288 or 978-557-0097.

I just talked to NetWay and it looks like they will be changing the equipment today or tomorrow. The equipment being changed should eliminate the disconnect problems and slow browsing speeds and help fix the problems that some of you were reporting about not being able to connect.
The -3472 numbers will be going away on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, so please switch to the new numbers as soon as possible. We will have staff on hand Saturday from 9-2 to help anyone that needs it.
From Wednesday 6:30 PM
The new phone lines that were discussed in the e-mail that went out to everyone yesterday have been installed and are working. There are 2 towns that still appear to be having problems. Those towns are Acton, and Groton. If you are dialing into those towns and are experiencing problems please try the alternate phone numbers listed on the BICnet web page. If you have the option of dialing another town please use that town instead of Acton or Groton.
If you experience problems dialing into Acton or Groton please send an e-mail to president@aics.net with the following information. Your Name, username, phone number you are dialing from, and the number that you are dialing. This information will get passed on to the folks at NetWay so that they can determine how best to get those areas fixed.
Please pass this information along to any other BICnet users that you know, as well as a message that they keep checking the BICnet web page.
The BICnet web page contains a wealth of information and will be updated regularly, at least daily, with any new information that we have..
Thank you for your patience during this transition.
For the entire staff @ AICS/BICnet & NetWay.
James Sweatt
President
